5km 대회 참가
엊그제 오후, 캠퍼스 여기저기에 붙어있는 Come Together 5K라는 5km 달리기 대회 포스터가 눈에 띄어서 뭔가 봤더니 Northwestern 장애인 올림픽 기금 모음용 대회더군. 대회는 어제. 대회 의의도 좋은데다가 참가비도 겨우(?) 10불이길래 아침에 일찍 눈떠지면 참가해보기로 결심.
어제 아침 눈뜨니 8시. 대회는 10시. 딱 맞게 일어났다 싶어서 어슬렁거리고 학교로 가서 등록하고 몸풀고 5km 가비압게 완주. 무리하지 말고 23분 안에만 뛰자고 생각했는데, 비교적 편하게 뛴다고 뛰었는데도 결승선 통과하고 보니 20:53. ‘동계훈련의 효과가 꽤나 괜찮았던 모양이다. –v’라고 만족하다가도 일등 기록을 생각하면 orz. 일등 기록은 15분대. 괴물. -_-,,
